The bill contributes to the efficiency and productivity for business and government by addressing workplace bullying at its onset that if left unchecked, negatively and progressively impacts:  Health Insurance Premiums, Workers Compensation Premiums, Disability Insurance, Turnover, Productivity and Employee use of sick time.
