Working to Pass the New York State Healthy Workplace Bill
It’s time to make legal harassment…illegal
Our organization has been working to pass legislation to make workplace bullying illegal in the workplace since 2006. During that time, we have led the nation in the number of bills introduced, legislative sponsors and have had strong bipartisan support for this legislation
We know what workplace bullying is…we experienced it…suffered from it,…had our employers deny it..lost our jobs for reporting it…been subject to retaliation for reporting it. You name it, we know it! What we also know is that we are fed up with the status quo of Albany refusing pass this legislation and allowing employers to willfully and legally destroy the lives and families of hard working people in New York State.
